Ingredients for melted chocolate cheese:

  • 500 grams of fat cottage cheese;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 grams of butter;
  • 120 grams of sugar;
  • 2 tbsp. l with a cocoa slide;
  • 1 tsp soda without top;
  • a pinch of salt.

Start cooking:

1. In a bowl, mix 500 g of fat cottage cheese, break two eggs, add sugar, cocoa, butter at room temperature, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp. soda without top. Stir the mass with a spoon.

2. Now we take the immersion blender and beat the resulting mass until all the curd pieces dissolve.

3. The next step is to melt the curd in a water bath. Depending on how much soda you add, this will be the end result. If you overdo it, the cheese will have a pronounced taste of soda, and if you add too little, the cottage cheese will not melt. Therefore, it is better to add less and add more in the process.

4. We will melt in a water bath until the cottage cheese melts and becomes liquid. It should smoothly drain from the spoon and slightly change the color in the direction of a more saturated, chocolate. Cool slightly, pour into a container, close and send to the fridge for 2 hours.
